The Design and Analysis of Double Slide Crank Machanism for Cam Generating

  • 摘要: 在对凸轮的设计及加工问题进行研究时,提出了一种新型的由双重曲柄滑块机构组成的凸轮轮廓范成装置.讨论了该范成装置的适应范围,分析了用该范成装置加工的凸轮所能实现的运动规律以及对砂轮尺寸误差的补偿问题.

     

    Abstract: When studing the designing and manufacturing for cam, the new type cam generating instrcment which is composed of double slide crank mechanism was proposed.The usable scope of this instrument was discussed.The motions of generated cam and the error compensation for grinding wheel size was analysed.
