Isolation Strains for Biological Treatment of Refining Residue of L-lactic Acid

  • 摘要: 随着科技的发展,L-乳酸的用途越来越广泛,精制L-乳酸所产生的残留液的处理问题也逐渐成为一个令人关注的问题.本实验旨在分离筛选出能对L-乳酸精制残留液有效降解的菌种,并确定出其最佳的降解条件,为以后进一步的科学研究和工程实际应用奠定基础.

     

    Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the application of L-lactic acid is wider and wider. And the treatment of residue from refining L-lactic acid is also noticed by people. The authors want to isolate a kind of effective bacteria in the biotreatment of residue from refining L-lactic acid, and then make sure its favorable environment through experiments. And authors also wish this experimental result can benefit to the future study and the practical application in engineering.
