Study of Ultrathin-layered Carbonitriding

  • 摘要: 用自行研制的低真空化学热处理多用炉进行低真空脉冲式碳-氮共渗试验.研究渗剂组成及配比、工作压力、脉冲工艺周期、共渗温度与时间对渗层特性的影响.研究结果表明,在适当的工艺条件下,低真空脉冲式碳-氮共渗工艺能满足机械零件表面硬化层深度0.l~0.3mm,硬度≥58HRC的要求.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a series of the pulse-type carbonitriding experiments under low vacuum condition have been conducted in a self-made multipurpose chemico-thermal treatment furnace.The effects of the impregnant compositions and the doses thereof,the working pressure,the pulsing cycles,the treatment temperatures,and the treatment time on the properties of the impregnated layers have been studied.Results have shown that this kind of traetment,if under proper technological conditions,is ahle to satisfy the requirements as follows:layer depth 0.1~0.3mm,hardness≥58HRC.
