Experimental investigation of Fracture Toughnees for Superalloy LDZ-125

  • 摘要: 用一种新的高温云纹干涉法实验研究镍基合金在高温下的断裂韧性.采用光刻制版技术将高密度正交零厚度光栅直接刻到依在低偏析定向镍基合金单边切口(SEN)薄试件表面,试件放置在带石英窗口可传送光信息的加热炉内.此外,为同时获取垂直和水平位移场的云纹条纹图,在光路公安置了U-V装置.按实验经扫描及数字化处理后的数据自动提供给计算机进行J积分并按相应的本构关系计算,最后输出断裂判据J1c.

     

    Abstract: This paper describes a new high temperature moire interferometric method that uses the lithephotographic technique to etch a high density cross zero-thickness grating on the surface of a thin LDZ-125 nickel base alloy,single edge notch(SEN) specimen.The specimer was put in the furnace with quartz window to transmit the optical information.Otherwise,a U-V set was arranged in the optical path in order to gain both the fringe pattern graphs of vertical and horizontal displacenent fields simultaneously.The experimental scanned and digitized data were provided for the automatical numerical computation of the J-integral and associatecd HRR field within the confines of a constitutive relation and the final output was the fracture criterion J1c.
