800℃热暴露对超细晶Cr-77.5Nb合金组织与性能的影响

Effect of 800℃ Thermal Exposure on the Microstructure and Properties of Ultrafine-grained Cr-77.5Nb Alloy

  • 摘要: 采用机械合金化+热压工艺路线制备出成分为Cr-77.5Nb的具有微/纳米晶结构的超细晶Laves相NbCr2/Nb合金, 在800℃时分别对该合金进行10h、30h和50h的真空热暴露实验, 考查和分析了热暴露时间对具有微/纳米晶结构的超细晶Laves相NbCr2/Nb合金显微组织和室温力学性能的影响规律.结果表明, 随着热暴露时间的延长, 合金的致密度、塑性应变逐渐上升, 而维氏硬度、屈服强度和抗压强度先上升后下降.

     

    Abstract: The micro-nanocrystalline Laves phase NbCr2/Nb composite materials were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing.The composites were exposured at 800℃ in vacuum for 10h、30h and 50h and the effects of the thermal exposure time on the microstructure and the room temperature mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results indicate that with the increase of the exposure time, the alloy has the higher relative density and strain, but Vickers hardness, yield strength and compressive strength increased in the early time, and then decreased later.
