环糊精对酚类包络性能的研究

Study on the Envelope Characteristics of Phenols by Cycl odextrin

  • 摘要: 本文以β-环糊精为主体,研究了它对2,4-二硝基苯酚、对氯苯酚和2,4-二氯苯酚的包络特性,作出了相应的包络特性曲线,探讨了浓度、pH值对包络特性的影响。结果表明:β-环糊精对2,4-二硝基苯酚、对氯苯酚和2,4-二氯苯酚的包络物组成均为1:1,包结常数分别为1.0×105、2.8×102、2.5×102,浓度和pH值对包络特性有显着影响。

     

    Abstract: The envelope characteristics of 2,4-dinitrophenol,p-chlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol to β-CD at different concentration and pH values are investigated in the paper.The curves of envelope characteristics and influence of concentration and pH values on the envelope characteristics are also discussed.The result shows that the envelope complex formed is 1:1 for the host β-CD with all guest phenols;the binding constants of 2,4-dinitrophenol,p-chlorophenol,2,4-dichlorophenol to β-CD are 1.0×105、2.8×102 and 2.5×102 respectively.
