  • 摘要: 首先分析了敏捷制造的产生背景及其内涵,之后重点评述了企业敏捷性及其度量体系,企业敏捷性组织再造、动态联盟、敏捷制造概念中的工艺过程设计理论等关键技术及其研究状况,并提出了敏捷制造工艺设计理论与应用系统须包括的内容和达到的目标.

     

    Abstract: The background and connotation of Agile manufacturing(AM) are analyzed.Several key technologies and research situation of AM,including agility of enterprises and its scale system,structure renovation for agility,virtual organization,product process planning in the mode of AM,are analyzed thoroughly.Essential contents and aims of AM process planning are presented in this paper.
