Vacuum sintering of Laves phase Nb-Cr alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了真空烧结参数及机械合金化对Laves相Nb-Cr合金致密度的影响,结果表明球磨后粉末烧结试样的致密度增加率是未球磨粉末烧结试样的3~5倍;当烧结温度增加、烧结时间延长,Laves相NbCr2的合成更为充分,试样致密度增加.

     

    Abstract: The effects of mechanical alloying and vacuum sintering temperature and time on the relative density of Laves phase Nb-Cr alloy were investigated.The results indicate the relative density increasing rates of sintered samples from 20h mechanically alloyed powders of elemental chromium and niobium powders are 3 to 5 times those of sintered samples from no-milling elemental chromium and niobium powders.With the increasing of sintering temperature and time,the synthesizing reaction of Laves phase NbCr2 is completed more fully and the relative density of sintered samples increases.
