乳液聚合法制备纳米Al2O3/PS核壳式复合粒子

Preparation of NANO-Al2O3/PS composite nanoparticles with core-shell structure through emulsion polymerization

  • 摘要: 针对纳米粒子易团聚的特点,本文采用乳液聚合方法制备纳米Al2O3/PS复合粒子来进行改性,考察了不同工艺参数对乳液聚合的影响,并运用TEM、FTIR对复合粒子进行了表征.研究发现:在反应温度为800℃,乳化剂为SDS和OP-10复合乳化剂,St和纳米Al2O3投料比为2:1,单体滴加速度为5滴/min条件下所制备出的复合粒子具有以纳米Al2O3为核,PS为壳的核壳式结构,其包覆层厚度大约为10~20nm.

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent nano-particle aggregating,the nano-Al2O3 particle was prepared with PS by emulsion polymerization.In the emulsion polymerization,the effect of preparation conditions is studied,and the composite nanoparticles are characterizaed by means of TEM and FTIR.The results indicate the composite particles are approximately ball in shape and the particle consists of centered core(Al2O3) and outer shell(PS) and the shell thickness is about 10~20nm,when the reaction temperature is 800C,the preferable emulsifier system is the composite emulsifier of sodium lauryl sluphate and OP-10,the ratio of m(st):m(nano-Al2O3) is 2:1 and the velocity of dropping is 5 drops/min.
