A Probe of multi-beam of light interference for Laser-Ultrasonic Testing

  • 摘要: 本文根据超声振动引起激光的Doppler效应的多光束干涉原理,设计了一种对速度敏感的激光超声检测探头,该探头调节方便、工作性能稳定、抗干扰性强,具有很强的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: The paper presents a probe design of sensitive to surface velocity of the target for laser-ultrasonic testing.Based on the fundamental works of Doppler effect for laser generated by ultrasonic vibration of the target surface and multi-beam of light interference.The probe advantage are adjustment convenience,work stabilization and practicability better.
