Abstract:
A study on parameters of solution and aging processing of PM Ti-6Al-4V which were prepared by HIP processing was presented.Meanwhile,the influences of different solution temperature,aging temperature and aging time on mechanical properties of PM Ti-6Al-4V were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of materials are most preferential when solution and aging processing is 935℃+36min+WQ,470℃+6h+AC.It indicates that rational choices of parameters of solution and aging processing play important role in the further improvement of mechanical properties of PM Ti-6Al-4V.
