Preparation, Mechanical Properties, Strengthening and Toughening Mechanisms of Si3N4/SiC nanocomposites

  • 摘要: SiC纳米粒子进入Si3N4基体使其力学性能大幅度提高,引起了研究者们的极大关注.本文评述了Si3N4/SiC纳米复合材料的制备工艺及其力学性能,分析了力学性能提高的主要原因,讨论了材料中存在的强化增韧机理.

     

    Abstract: SiC nanosized particles into Si3N4 matrix can lead to a considerable improvement on its mechanical properties,which aroused great comcern among researchers.In this paper,the basic preparing process and mechanical properties for Si3N4/SiC nanocomposites are reviewed,the main reasons of the improvements in these properties are analyzed,and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening in this material are discussed.
