纳米SiO2对Mg(OH)2/PE无卤阻燃复合材料性能的影响

Influence of Nano-SiO2 on the Properties of Mg(OH)2/PE Halogen-free Flame-retardant Composite

  • 摘要: 通过选用具有阻燃性能的纳米SiO2对Mg(OH)2/PE无卤阻燃复合材料进行改性, 研究了纳米SiO2对复合材料阻燃性能以及力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:无机填料用量相同时, Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE体系的阻燃效果优于Mg(OH)2/PE体系, 纳米SiO2的引入可有效提高Mg(OH)2/PE体系的阻燃性能, 并改善了体系的力学性能.当Mg(OH)2/SiO2含量为40%时, Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE体系氧指数比纯PE提高了74%, 且具有较好的力学性能.

     

    Abstract: The Mg(OH)2/PE halogen-free flame-retardant composites were modified by nano-SiO2 in this paper. The effects of differentnano-SiO2 contents on the mechanical properties and flame retardance of composites were studied. The results showed that the Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE composites had better flame retardance than the Mg(OH)2/PE composites as the norganic filler content was the same. Nano-SiO2 can effectively improve the flame retardance and mechanical properties of Mg(OH)2/PE halogen-free flame-retardant composite. When the Mg(OH)2/SiO2 content was 40%, the oxygen index of the Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE composites showed a increase of 74% compared with the pure PE, while the mechanical properties of composite was still good.
