  • 摘要: 本文针对高校绩效评估工作中存在的过程繁琐、工作重复、效率低下等问题,提出建立基于校园网的高校人才绩效评估系统,并进行了系统的分析与设计.

     

    Abstract: Considering the problems such as complicated process,repeated work and low efficiency in the performance evaluation system of college talents,this paper puts forward the establishment of campus net—based performance evaluation system,and carries out analysis and designs of the system.
