高分散高稳定ZrO2水悬浮液的分散性研究

The investigation of ZrO2 liquor dispersion with excellent capability of dispersion and stabilization

  • 摘要: 本文选用纳米粉ZrO2,分别采用单一静电稳定机制、加入PEG的空间位阻稳定机制和加入PMAA-NH4的电空间稳定机制制备成2vol%的ZrO2水悬浮液,通过Zeta电位、沉降实验等手段,最终得到了碱性条件下的高分散、高稳定的ZrO2水悬浮液.实验证明:当pH=8.3时,PMAA-NH的分散效果最好.

     

    Abstract: By adopting electrostatic stabilization,steric stabilization with PEG and electrosteric stabilization with PMAA-NH4,2vol% ZrO2 liquor was prepared.The ZrO2 liquor with excellent capability of dispersion and stabilization was acquired by Zeta probe and sedimentation under the basic condition.The optimum dispersion is PMAA-NH4 when the pH=8.3.
