TG法对硼酸盐系氯化钾热化学分解循环中多相反应动力学研究
A Kinetic Study on a Heterogeneous Reaction in The Thermo chemical Decomposition Cycle of Potassium Chloride of Borate system by TG Method

摘要: 本文用热重法(简称TG法)对氯化钾的热化学分解循环中的一个多相反应的动力学进行了初步研究,得出了该反应在560~680℃之间符合相界面反应动力学方程和一级衰变定律,对等温热失重数据进行了阿累尼乌斯曲线拟合,得出在560~680℃之间反应的表观活化能为117.8KJ/mol,表观活化因子为1.37×105S-1,非等温法所得的结果基本以之相符。Abstract: In the paper,the kinetic of a heterogeneous reaction in the borate system thermochemical splitting cycle of potassium chloride has been studied by TG method.It was found that in the range of 560~680℃.the interfacial chemical reaction and decay are the control factor.The date of TG in constant temperature has been mediated with the curve of Arrehuis.The results showed that in the range of 560~680℃,the activation enerty and frequency factor are 117.8kj/mol and 1.37×105S-1 respectively.
