微孔复合泡沫铝的三维理想周期模型

摘要: 基于三维代表性体积元的细观力学有限元方法,预测微孔复合泡沫铝的弹性模量、屈服强度和弹塑性应力应变,并与二维模型结果比较。研究表明,总体趋势上微孔复合泡沫铝有效弹性模量和屈服强度随着Vf的增大而减少;随着Vf的增大,微孔复合泡沫铝的弹塑性应力应变表现为泡沫材料的特性。另外,三维模型充分考虑了颗粒在第三个方向的效果,计算结果高于二维模型。Abstract: The effective elastic modulu、yield strength and elastoplastic stress-strain behavior o f Microporous Foam Aluminum Composites are predicted by using the micromechanic finite element simulations on the base of tridimensional representative volume element.The datas of calculation of tridimensional pattern were compared with results of two-dimensional pattern in this article.The results show that the effective elastic modulu and yield strength of composites decrease with the increase of vf basically and the behavior of the metallic foam appears with the increase of vf.It is also found that datas of tridimensional pattern is higher than the datas of two-dimensional pattern because of the properties of Z-axis.
