南昌地区城市污水处理厂污泥性质分析

Properties of Municipal Sewage Sludge in Nanchang Area

  • 摘要: 研究城市污水处理厂污泥的理化性质,对污泥的土地利用有着重大意义。分别采集南昌市4个典型城市污水处理厂夏季和冬季的脱水污泥样品,分析其理化特性。结果表明,南昌地区污泥pH、盐分和含水率分别为6.5~7.4、0.025%~0.157%和72.9%~85.7%,有机物、N、P和K含量分别为22.88%~45.12%、20.02~31.94 g·kg-1、15.02~21.62 g·kg-1和5.63~8.03 g·kg-1。统计分析结果表明,夏、冬两季污泥的有机物含量存在显著差异。污泥中Cu、Zn、Pb的含量均满足国内外污泥农用标准,但Cd的冬季含量超过了我国《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质》(CJ/T309-2009)中A级污泥标准,说明污泥含水率和Cd含量是南昌地区污泥农用的限制因素。

     

    Abstract: It had a great significance to analyse the composition and characteristics of municipal sewage sludge applied to cropland. The content of nutrients and heavy metals in the dewatered sludge of four typical urban sewage treatment plants of Nanchang within a year were analyzed. Results showed that pH of these municipal sewage sludges was ranged from 6. 5 to 7. 4 and the salinity was about 0. 025%~0. 157%,the moisture content of sludge was 72. 9%~85. 7%,organic matter was 22. 88%~45. 12%,total contents of N, P and K were 20. 02~31. 94 g·kg-1,15. 02~21. 62 g·kg-1 and 5. 63~8. 03 g·kg-1. There was significant difference of organic matter content in sewage sludge between summer and winter. The total concentration of Cu, Zn and Pb of the four plants were much lower than the domestic and international agricultural sludge standards but the concentration of Cd in winter seasons exceeded the standard values for the pollutants in agricultural sludge A(CJ/T309-2009). Comprehensive analysis and results indicates that the moisture content and the concentration of Cd were the limiting factors of the municipal sludges for agricultural use.
