Research on the Fuzzy Self-Adaptive PID-based Intelligent Controlling of Vacuum Differential Pressure Casting System

  • 摘要: 针对所设计的真空调压铸造系统,设计了一种模糊自适应PID整定控制算法。它能对真空铸造过程中的充型、升压、保压3个工艺段进行智能控制,并根据外界条件的变化自动修正PID的控制参数。举例介绍了充型阶段模糊控制器各参数的隶属函数和控制规则,分析了仿真和实验结果。

     

    Abstract: A fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm for the vacuum differential pressure casting system is introduced in this paper.The algorithm is used to control three phrases of casting process: mould-filling,pressure-adding and pressure-keeping.The parameters of the algorithm can be adjusted automatically by the outer conditions.As an example,the attribution function and controlling rules of mould-filling phrases are introduced,and the results of simulation and experiment are analyzed too.
