On the Active Protection of the Base-Metal Surface and Adhesive Forces of Metal Coatings

  • 摘要: 通过几种特性物质在钢铁电极表面吸脱附电位和微分电容曲线及含有这些特性物质的镀钢电解液阴极化曲线的测试,发现电沉积时铜的初始析出电位值,在特性物质吸脱附电位区间和金属基体表面酸蚀活化后的活性保护,是取得具有牢固结合力镀层的必要条件,进而提出了“表面活性保护”的论点,从活性保护和金属析出电位两个方面阐明了影响镀层结合力的内在因素。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the behavior of adsorptional substances on the steel cathode has been studied by establishing the curve indicative of the relation between adsorp-desorptive potentials and the differential electric capacities and the polarization curve during copper plating sa well.Results have shown that the prerequisite to improve the adhesive forces of the coatings is to let the initial separating-out potentials of Cu during electric deposition fall within the range of adsorpdesorptive potentials and to possess the active protection on the base-metal surfaces after being eroded and activated.the authors thereby set out an idea so-called"surface active protection"and described the inherent factors influencing the adhesive forces of coatings from the views of the active protection and the metal seperation-out potentials.
