On the Gas Anti-Pressure Model of Infiltration in the Porous Medium of Liquid Aluminum

  • 摘要: 本文研究了铝液在多孔介质中快速糁流的特点,建立了在渗流法制备多孔泡沫铝合金时的型腔内气体反压力模型,该模型使计算结果更接近实际浇注情况.研究表明气体反压力与多孔介质的透过率(即孔隙率和孔径)、渗流速度、渗流长度有关.通过对渗流过程的渗流和传热进行耦合数值计算,并经实际浇注验证,说明数值计算基本合理,对最终优化渗流工艺具有实际意义.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the principle of the fast infiltration in the porous medium of the liquid aluminum alloy is studied,and the calculation model of the anti pressure of the gas inside the mold,which appears in penetration,has been established.This model makes the calculation result even more close to real pouring results.The research shows that anti pressure of the gas is concerned with the permeability of porous medium (the porosity and the hole diameter),the infiltration speed,and the infiltration length.The infiltration process is coupled in simulationg numerically considering the heat exchange between the liquid met al and the particle medium on this foundation.It is proved that the numerical calculations are basically reasonable,and possesses the practical significance to the final optimization of the infiltration technique.
