Two designs of driller parts for enhancing processing precision and efficiency

  • 摘要: 设计了立式钻床用的两种钻床配件装置:一是可调式二轴头架,可同时钻削两孔,且钻削主轴的轴距可调,应用范围广、效率高.二是孔距定位装置,不需要钻孔模具可一次装夹钻削均匀周布的多孔零件,在不损伤钻床的前提下扩大了钻床的应用范围,提高了加工精度.

     

    Abstract: This paper has designed two driller parts for vertical driller:one is adjustable bi-axle rack, which can drill and cut two holes at the same time;and the wheelbase of main axle is adjustable;thus it finds wide application and has high efficiency.The other is positioning device of hole gap, which can clamp well-distributed multi-hole parts for drilling and cutting once without drilling-hole mould;thus amplifying the range of application and enhancing processing precision on the basis of no damage to the driller.
