Study for preparation and property of strippable temporary coating

  • 摘要: 用聚苯乙烯(PS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和酚醛树脂(PF)为成膜物质,以纳米碳酸钙为填料、聚异丁烯为改性剂,获得了可剥性良好、可回收的室温固化保护涂料.该涂料可耐酸碱等腐蚀性介质,可用于化学加工过程的保护,特别适用于精密机械加工产品搬运过程的保护.

     

    Abstract: A kind of anti-corrosion,easily-strippable,retrievable room temperature coating used for chemical processing was prepared with polystyrene,Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene block copolymer and phenol resin(PF) as base materials,nanometer calcium carbonate as filler and polyisobutene as modified agent.This protective coating is acid-resistant and alkaline-resistant,used to protect chemical processing,especially precise metallic products for transporting.
