Abstract:
Glucose oxidase was covalently bound via glutaraldehyde onto nylon net and packed into a column in flow system.The effects of magnetic field on enzymic reaction of immobilized and dissolved glucose oxidase have been studied by flow injection spectrophoto metry.The results show that the rates of immobilized glucose oxidase catalyzed reactions remarkably increase when the reacions were carred out at 0℃,5℃,and 45℃ with aglucose concentration of 1.0×10
-2mol·L
-1,as well as at 55℃ with aglucose concent ration of 0.1mol·L
-1.The effects of magnetic field depend on the concentration of substrate and exposure time.In addition,the effect of magnetic field on process of dissolved glucose oxidase catalyzed reaction has also been investigted by kinetic method,but no effects observed.It is suggested that the reaction system of noneequillibrum thermodynamically is a premise for the occurrence of magnetic field effects in an enzymic reaction.
