The Influence of Heat Treatment on the Structure and Properties of Porors Ceramice Composite On Cast Iron Basis

  • 摘要: 研究了热处理对铸铁基多孔陶瓷复合材料组织与性能的影响.结果表明,热处理正火、淬火均可不同程度地提高该特种复合材料的整体强度与耐磨性,而不影响铸铁-陶瓷的界面结构及材料的透气性.

     

    Abstract: The effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the porous ceramics composite with cast iron Matrix was studied The results show that normalizing and quenching of heat treatment can increase the integral strength and wearability of this special type of composite in varying degrees,and the heat treatment have no effect on the permeahility of the material and the interfacial structure of ceramics-cast iron.
