Analytical Methodof Designinga Crank-and-Rocker Mechanism according to the Transmission Angle

  • 摘要: 本文提出的按行程速比系数K、摇杆摆角ψ和许用传动角γ等条件作为基本参数设计曲柄摇杆机构的解析法,可满足机构的运动精度和传动质量要求,因而具有较强的实用性.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,an analytical method for designing a crank-and-rocker mechanism using Time Ratio(K),swing angle of the rocker(ψ)and allowable transmission angle γ as basic parameters is given.This method can meet the requirement of the movement accuracy and the transmission quality,and make designing more practical.
