A Study On Laser Quenching Technology Of Automobile Gear

  • 摘要: 对汽车齿轮材料0CrNiMo的表面激光淬火工艺进行了研究, 分析了工艺参数对硬化深度及耐磨性的影响。通过试验, 证明0CrNiMo激光淬火工艺可行。

     

    Abstract: The thesis will take a study of laser quenching technics on the surface of automobile gear-40CrNiMo,analyse the influence to the induration depth and wearability by given technics parameter. Through experiment we get the result that laser quenching technics can be used.
