The research on Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy solder

  • 摘要: 设计了三种可用于MB8镁合金炉中钎焊的Mg-Al-Zn基合金钎料.测试了它们在MB8镁合金上的润湿性、填充性及接头力学性能.结果表明,所制备的Mg-Al-Zn基合金钎料对MB8镁合金均具有良好的润湿性和填充性,且在钎料中添加微量的Mn、稀土Re元素有助于提高钎料的抗氧化性和钎焊接头的强度.

     

    Abstract: Three kinds of Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy are designed to solder MB8 Magnesium alloy in the furnace without the protective gas.The wettability and filling of these solders on MB8 Magnesium alloy,mechanical properties of the joints were tested.The results show that the wettability and filling of these Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy solders on MB8 Magnesium alloy is good and the anti-oxidantic of the solders and the strength of the brazed-joints is improved by adding trace elements Mn 、Re in the solder.
