On the Construction of a Symmetric Tridiagonal Matrix from its Mixed-type Eigenpairs

摘要

摘要: 文章考虑一类由混合特征对构造对称三对角矩阵,文中给出了解的存在性和唯一性的充分必要条件,并且给出相应的算法和数值算例.

Abstract: In this paper,an inverse eigenvalue problem of constructing a symmetric tridiagonal matrix from its mix-type eigenpairs is considered.The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the solutions are derived.One numerical algorithm and several numerical examples are given.
