Abstract:
The Ni-P-ZrO
2 electroless composite plating was prepared by electroless compound plating technology.The stability of the electrolyte,deposition rate and the content of the compound in the coating was studied by adding different type of surfactant into hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,dodecane akly benzenes sulfonic acid sodium,OP-10 and the combination of the three.The best surfactant was chosen which is good for Ni-P-ZrO
2 composite coating.The result shows that with the surfactant addition,electrolyte stability gets better obviously.The type of the surfactant has great effect on the content of the compound in the coating.The coating has the highest Zr content,when sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and OP-10 is added together,and the surface of the coating is smooth and compact.In comprehensive consideration of electrolyte stability,deposition rate and the content of Zr in the coating,the best surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and OP-10 which is added together.
