La2O3对水玻璃型壳性能影响的研究

On the Effects of La2O3 on the Properties of Sodium Silicate Ceramic Shells

  • 摘要: 在水玻璃石英型壳涂料中加入稀土氧化物La2O3,研究La2O3对壳型性能的影响。研究结果表明,La2O3能显着提高型壳的高温强度,减小挠度。壳型的残留强度提高较小,但对型壳的透气性影响不大。此外,采用稀土氧化物La2O3水玻璃石英型壳生产精铸件能降低原材料的消耗,提高劳动生产率,应用前景良好。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,an examination has been performed on the properties of the sodium silicate ceramic shells with a small addition of rare earth oxides La2O3.The results have shown that having little influence on the permeability of the shell,this addition significantly improves its high-temperature strength,reduces its deformation and scantily raises its residual strength.By adding in small amount of La2O3,the consumption of the raw material can be decreased,and the productivity increased,therefore,its prospects of application looks bright.
