航空发动机振动信号的计算阶比分析

Computed-order tracking analysis of aero engine’s vibration signal

  • 摘要: 为了分析航空发动机试车过程中的非平稳振动信号,本文采用基于谱细化和校正技术的计算阶比分析.当发动机转速变化较大,振动信号非平稳严重时,高精度地提取出了特征分量的参数.文中给出了具体的计算过程,并给出了实例分析结果.

     

    Abstract: In order to analyses the nonstationary vibration signal during an aero-engine's test drive process,the computed-order analysis method based on zoom and emendation method in spectrum analysis are applied.Although the engine's rotational speed changes notable and the vibration signal is seriously nonstationary,the character component's parameter is picked up precisely.The paper also provides the concrete algorithm,and then provides an analytical answer of a real example,which demonstrates the paper's method.
