固溶时效对热等静压制备的TC4钛合金性能的影响

Effect of solution aging on structure and property of TC4 titanium alloy

  • 摘要: 采用热等静压工艺对Ti-6A1-V(简称TC)雾化预合金粉的粉末冶金技术进行了研究,采用不同的固溶温度、时效温度以及时效时间,研究了热处理工艺对TC钛合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,采用预合金粉工艺制备的Ti-6A1-V粉末钛合金材料力学性能良好,于965℃固溶并采用水冷,然后在70℃时效,试样具有优良的力学性能,适宜冷加工生产.

     

    Abstract: Metallurgy technology for pre-alloyed Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy by hot isosmtatic pressing(HIP) is described.By use of different temperatures and aging temperatures for the solution treatment as well as aging time,effect of heat treatment process on structure and property of TC4 titanium alloy has been more systematically studied.The results show that solution treated at 965℃,cooled to room temperature by water,and then aging at 470℃ will help to obtain good mechanical properties.It is suitable for cold working.
