半导体激光器温度模糊控制的DSP实现

LD temperature Fuzzy-PID control using DSP

  • 摘要: 针对半导体激光器对温度稳定性的要求,采用Fuzzy-PID算法,设计了基于TMS320F2812的半导体激光器温度控制系统,并给出了软件流程.在实验室环境下,采用载波频率为50KHZ的PWM控制,系统在2分钟内成功将半导体激光器的工作温度稳定在25.0±0.07℃,且超调量不大于0.5℃.

     

    Abstract: For the requirements of temperature stability in semiconductor laser(LD) device,a LD temperature control system with Fuzzy-PID algorithm using TMS320F2812 DSP chip is designed,and the software flowchart is given.With PWM carrier frequency of 50 KHZ under laboratory environment,the system successfully stabilizes the semiconductor laser device working temperature around 25.0±0.07℃ within 2 minutes,while the overshoot is no more than 0.5℃.
