Study of SnO2 Film for Gas Sensing and Transmissity in Visible Range

摘要: 研制以SnO2薄膜作敏感材料的气敏比色皿, 发现在可见光区透射率随被测气体浓度的增大而增大, 并解释敏感机理。Abstract: A kind of photronic cell is developed by using SnO2 film as coating material for sensing,with which the transmissity is ehhanced in visible range for the analyzed gas,and the mechanism has been discussed for sensing.
