An In Vestigation of the Technology and Properties of SiCP/ZL104 Composite materials Made by Stiring Method

  • 摘要: 本文对半固态搅拌法制造SiCp/ZL104复合材料进行了工艺试验和性能试验.结果表明,搅拌温度的选择是最重要的因素,改进搅拌器的结构和颗粒的预处理有助于材料性能的提高.

     

    Abstract: this paper dealt with the technology and properties of the SiCP/ZL104 Composite made by stiring method in semisolid. The results show that the stiring temperature is amost important factor ,the properties of SiCP/ZL104 Composite can be promoted by improving the structure of stirrer and prehea ting of the particles.
