毛细管电泳法测定镀层中金属元素

Determination of metal ions by capillary electrophoresis in coating

  • 摘要: 建立了常见11种金属阳离子同时分离的毛细管电泳方法,并测定了镀层中的种金属离子.采用50μm×58.5cm(有效长度50cm)的未处理的熔融石英毛细管柱,研究了电解质组成包括络合剂、pH值、间接紫外检测试剂对分离的影响.加标回收实验结果表明,该方法重复性好,准确度高,简单快速,回收率为97.0~98.6%,具有很好的实用价值.

     

    Abstract: A method of capillary electrophoresis was established to separate and analyze 11 metal ions and 4 metal ions in metal coating were analyzed.Samples were separated in a 58.5(50cm to detect)×50μm i.d.in quartz capillary.The effect of electrolyte composition including complexing agent,pH and background electrolyte for indirect UV detection on the separation was studied.The results of recovery experiment showed that the method had good repetition,high accuracy and was simple and rapid.The recovery rate was in the range of 97.098.6%.The method proved very useful.
