超声脉冲波近场特性及回波声压分布研究

Research of Near Field Character of Ultrasonic Pulse Wave and Distribution of Echo Acoustic Pressure on Axis

  • 摘要: 依据声压分析结果及关键点的试块测试数据进行插值处理来确定被测件近场区内的缺陷当量,解决了近场区内无法准确确定缺陷当量和试块法检测成本高、试块数不多且埋深非恰到好处两大难题。

     

    Abstract: In the paper,a flaw equivalent through insert values processing by acoustic axis pressure distribution and measuring with some pivotal deepness specimens is discussed.The problems that flaw equivalent of near acoustic field can't be accurately measured and we have not many specimens or exact deepness to the flaw in contrast specimens testing are solved.
