Determination of copper in copper tailing by microwave digestion and FAAS

  • 摘要: 为了提高铜尾矿中铜的测试准确性,本试验采用微波消解法制备样品试液,并将标准加入法运用于火焰原子吸收(FAAS)法中,从而有效地抑制共存物的干扰.试验先用标准曲线初步确定铜浓度及其线性区间,然后确定加入量,实验所得标准加入校准曲线的线性相关系数的0.9 998;加标回收率为101%~103%;相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.1%.试验证明该法快速、简便、稳定可靠.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of determination of copper in copper tailing,the microwave digestion was used in preparation of sample solution,and the standard addition calibration technique was used in the flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) to reduce effectively interference of coexistent elements in real sample solution.At first,the copper concentration and the linear ranges were preliminarily determined by standard curve method.Then,the amount of standard addition was confirmed.According to analytical results,we found that the correlation coefficients of method were 0.9998 in standard addition calibrating curves.The recovery and the RSD of method is in range of 100.75%~103.00% and 0.44%~3.7% respectively.The test showed that the proposed method is simple and rapid and reliable.
