  • 摘要: 经济型数控车床的改造,主要是针对普通车床的进给系统进行数控化改造,控制系统利用微机对纵、横向进给系统进行开环控制,驱动元件采用步进电机,传动采统采用滚珠丝杠.文中介绍了如何选择步进电机.

     

    Abstract: The main reformation of the economic numerical controlled lathe focus on feed system of ordinary lathe,and the machine adopted open-loop control system to control longitudinal and transverse feed motion.The step-motor drives the ball guide screw to rotate after receiving the instruction.The article introduced how to select step-motor.
