不锈钢纤维棉、毡吸声性能探讨

On the Properties of the Sound Absorption in the Stainless Steel Fiber Cotton and Fiber Felt

  • 摘要: 本文首次对国内纺织行业近年来防静电等服装用不锈钢纤维棉、毡的吸声性能进行了不同厚度和容重时的测试探索及分析研究,并与常用吸声材料超细玻璃纤维棉进行对比分析,结果表明,该不锈钢纤维棉、毡吸声性能优良,是一种国内尚未开发声学功能的新型吸声材料,可作为高温和腐蚀介质等特殊工况下的声学材料使用.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the sound-absorbing properties of the domestic stainless steel fiber cotton and fiber felt have been measured and examined for the first time under the conditions of different bulk density and thickness,These materials have been used in textile industry as mixed spun fabrics(e.g.for the shielding clothes)Their properties were Compared with the acoustic properties of glassfiber cotton.The results shown that sound-absorbing properties of the stainless steel fiber cotton and fiber felt are fine ,and it can be used on the special situation such as high temperature ,high moisture and corrosive media.
