Studies on luminescent hybrid materials of rare earth of tert-butylbenzoic acid complexes

  • 摘要: 本文合成了几种稀土金属离子(Eu3+,Tb3+,Dy3+)与对叔丁基苯甲酸的二元有机配合物,且将其不同浓度的光活性组分引入TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)基质中利用溶胶-凝胶法水解缩聚得到粉末状固体材料.同时采用了紫外吸收,荧光激发与发射光谱,扫描电镜等手段对样品进行了表征,表明该材料具较高的发光性能,得到了理想的稀土离子特征荧光且发射强度随配合物浓度增加而递增,没有出现明显的浓度淬灭现象.

     

    Abstract: Several new binary complexes which were composed of europium(terbium,dysprosium) and tert-butylbenzoicacid have been synthesized.Such photoactive complexes with different concentrations were introduced into inorganic host tetrethoxysilane(TEOS) to prepare solid powder materials through hydrolysis and polycondensation processes(sol-gel method).Ultra-violet abs orption,fluorescence excitation and emission spectra and scanning electronic microscope were applied to characterize the sample materials,which shows that the hybrid composites are of high efficiency and strong luminescence of rare earthions is obtained.In the range of composite concentration of luminescent species(0.02,0.05,0.08,0.1mmol),emission intensities increase with the corresponding composite concentration and the concentration quenching effect has not occurred.
