电子标签打样机温度控制系统的设计

The Design of the Temperature Control System for RFID Proofer

  • 摘要: 文章结合ACA封装工艺设计了模糊自适应PID控制算法,采用LPC2119和实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ构建了带有CAN接口的电子标签打样机温度控制系统.实验表明,该系统控制精度较高,智能化程度较好,为实现RFID的网络化制造提供了一定的技术支撑.

     

    Abstract: Fuzzy self-adaptive PID is designed based on ACA packaging technology in this paper,and the temperature control system of RFID proofer with CAN is designed based on LPC2119 and μC/OS-Ⅱ.The experimental result shows that the system has high precision and intelligence,this design can provide certain technical support to realize the RFID network manufacture.
