化学清洗剂处理镀铬废水实验研究

The Experiment on Treating Chromeplating Wastewater with Chemical Cleaning

  • 摘要: 本试验旨在研究N2H4·H2O、NaHSO3、N2H4·H2O-NaHSO3混合液以及添加辅助剂的N2H4·H2O-NaHSO3混合液在处理电镀铬废水中的效能。结果表明, 应用这些化学清洗剂可以处理镀铬废液, 实现了电镀铬水槽边循环并形成了含铬废水处理与电镀生产工艺融为一体的新工艺。这种新技术改变了传统的电镀含铬废水先污染后治理的未端治理工艺, 没有增加环保投资, 可以获得明显的经济效益与环境效益。

     

    Abstract: This experiment studies the efficiency of N2H4·H2O,NaHSO3,N2H4·H2O—NaHSO3 and N2H4·H2O—NaHSO3—accessory agency and four chemical reagents on treating chromeplating wastewater. Results show these chemical treating reagents are able to treat chromeplanting wastewater, and realize the chromeplating wastewater recycling in slot-side. That makes out a new technology combining wastewater treatment process with electroplating production process. Unlike the traditional end -of-pipe control methods, this new technology will get obvious economical and environmental benefits without additional investment.
