Analysis of the vibration modal of a ram-compressed rotor of rotating ramjet

  • 摘要: 简要介绍旋转冲压发动机冲压转子设计的工作原理及安装结构,以ANSYS有限元分析软件为平台,建立发动机冲压转子的有限元模型,并对转子结构进行模态分析,获得转子的前十阶模态固有频率、振型.对刚性支承和弹性支承情况下转子模态进行了对比分析,分析结果表明,拟定的工作转速均有效地避开了一阶临界转速.同时,分析结果为下一步进行详细的旋转冲压发动机分析打下基础.

     

    Abstract: The finite element model of ram-compressed rotor is established with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The rotor structure is analyzed,and the first ten oscillating frequency and oscillating modal are obtained.The rigidity support is compared with elasticity support.The result shows that the drafted working speed effectively avoids the first critical speed.The results can provide a good foundation for further dynamic research of the structure of rotating ramjet.
