磁响应Fe3O4/HCS复合微球的制备及特性

Preparation and Characteristics of the Nano-magnetic Response Fe3O4/hydrOxypropyl Chitosan Compound Microspheres

  • 摘要: 由壳聚糖与环氧丙烷制备了羟丙基壳聚糖(HCS).将其配制成水溶液,利用离子凝胶法,与多聚磷酸钠(TPP)反应,制备了粒径在0.6μm羟丙基壳聚糖微球.再用滴定水解法制备了四氧化三铁微粒,激光粒度分析显示滴定水解法制备的Fe3O4粒径分布较窄,粒径小.在此基础上采用交联聚合法制备了Fe3O4/HCS复合微球,微球为实心,四氧化三铁微粒被包裹丁微球内部,形状规则,粒径约为0.8μm,经过磁响应分析表明Fe3O4/HCS复合微球具有磁响应性.

     

    Abstract: The hydroxypropyl-chitsoan is prepared when the suitable concentration hydroxypropyl-chitosan water solution responds with the certain concentration sodiumpolyphosphate based on the ion gel,the hydroxypropyl-chitosan nanosphere with the particles size 0.6μm has been formed.Fe3O4 particles were prepared by hydrolysis titration.The laser particle size analysis showed that the particles were of narrower size distribution and small particle size.Then magnetic-HCS microspheres were prepared by cross-linking polymerization.TEM micrograph reveals that Fe3O4 was wrapped in micro-particles and the micro-particle diameter was about 0.8 μm.Through magnetic response analysis,the Fe3O4/HCS microspheres had a certain magnetic responsiveness.
