Application of phosphorus coagulant in the treatment of dry distillation sewage of oil shale

  • 摘要: 本文通过自制磷酸盐混凝剂(NDH)与传统的混凝剂聚合硫酸铝(PAS)、三氯化铁(FC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)用于页岩炼油废水脱油处理的对比,自制混凝剂有比较明显的优势,并通过实验确定其最佳的处理条件为:调节pH至9,投药量自制混凝剂0.18 g/L和0.02 g/L的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),油的含量由5910降为7 mg/L,除油率为91.%;NH3-N由563 mg/L降为397 mg/L;化学需氧量(CODCr)由206 mg/L降到632.5 mg/L,去除率为97.37%.

     

    Abstract: The article compared the treatment effect of self-made phosphorus coagulant: NDH to dry distillation sewage of oil shale with that of the traditional coagulant: polymerization aluminium sulfate(PAS),iron trichloride(FC),polymerization chlorinates ferro-aluminum(PAFC),the self-made coagulant was quite obviously superior,and the experiment showed that its best process condition was: pH=9,self-restraint coagulant 0.18 g/L and Polyacrylamide(PAM)0.02 g/L,the oil content was reduced from 5910 mg/L to 474 mg/L,the oil removing rate was 91.4%;NH3-N was reduced from 563 mg/L to 397 mg/L;chemical oxygen demand(CODCr) was reduced from 24064 mg/L to 632.5 mg/L,the elimination rate was 97.37%.
