磁粉检验标准环形试块的机理分析

摘要: 为了分析控制磁粉检验系统综合性能的标准环形试块的机理,首先建立一个计算漏磁场的简化数学模型,然后解标量磁位的二维拉普拉斯方程,求出被磁化的环形试块上圆孔产生的漏磁场,计算环形试块表面的磁粉受力,分析其特点并得出相应的结论.Abstract: In order to analyze the mechanism of annulus reference block controlling overall properties of magnetic particle testing,a simplified mathematical model of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) was developed.The MFL of circle hole in the annulus reference block was calculated by solving Lapalaceps equation of scalar magnetic potential;the stresses of magnetic particle on the annulus reference block were also calculated.At last,conclusions were obtained by analyzing the characters of the testing signals.
