航空用室温硫化有机硅胶粘剂的研制
Study on Room Temperature Vulcanizable Silicone Adhesive for Aeronautic Use

摘要: 本文通过γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对M-5气相白炭黑进行表面改性,用FT-IR分析了改性前后的白炭黑的微观结构;用改性白炭黑来增强甲基嵌段室温硫化液体硅橡胶(103基胶),测试了增强改性室温硫化硅橡胶的力学性能:用不同偶联剂对铝合金和硫化硅橡胶的粘接面进行了表面处理,使用接触角仪测试了粘接面的水接触角.结果表明:偶联剂KH570处理M-5气相白炭黑能使其表面接枝上偶联剂基团;偶联剂处理后白炭黑补强效果明显,硫化后胶料的拉伸强度最大能达到2.65MPa:粘接面经偶联剂处理后,水接触角减小,粘接强度增大;铝合金与硅橡胶表面均采用KH550和KH560的混合偶联剂溶液处理后,粘接强度提高,最大能达到1.5MPa.Abstract: M-5 fumed silica was surface-modified by γ-Methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane,the change of surface status about fumed silica before and after treatment was characterized by FT-IR;Modified silica was added to Methyl-block room temperature vulcanizable(RTV) silicone rubber,the mechanical properties of which were tested;Metal and silicone rubber was also treated by silane coupling agent,the water contact angle of which were measured by the contact angle instrument.The FT-IR results showed that silane coupling agent molecular group was grafted on the surface of fumed silica.The mechanical properties tests showed that silica which was modified by silane coupling agent reinforced silicone rubber obviously,the maximum tensile strength value of silicone rubber silica is 2.65 MPa.When metal and silicone rubber surface were treated by silane coupling agent,water contact angle decreases,the adhesion bond strength increases; when the surface of silicon rubber and metal were treated by KH550 and KH560 coupling agent solution,the largest adhesion bond strength can reach 1.5 MPa.
