多用酸洗缓蚀剂DSCH-1的研究

Preparation of Universal Corrosion Inhibitor for Acid Cleaning

  • 摘要: 由含氮的脂肪胺、芳香胺等多种常用的有机缓蚀剂复配制成的DSCH-1缓蚀剂,在硝酸中对20#锅炉钢和紫铜的缓蚀效率达99.7%,在盐酸中对20#锅炉的钢的缓蚀效率达98.5%,对紫铜的缓蚀效率也较高。Fe3+离子浓度对DSCH-1缓蚀性能有较大的影响。

     

    Abstract: Universal Corrosion Inhibitor DSCH-1 for Acid Cleaning is compounded of multiple frequently-used nitrogenous aliphatic amine and aromatic a mine organic corrosion inhibitors.Efficiency of inhibition is 99.7% for 20# boiler steel and copper in nitric acid,98.5% for 20# boiler steel in chlorhydric acid,and superior for copper.Concentration of Fe3+ has high influence on performance of Inhibitor DSCH-1.
